The trip was great and the view from the room was awesome! Next time I would stay in sunrise because of the kid friendly activities. Overall the trip was fun. Only improvements I would make is the transportation was late taking us to the airport on our departure which caused some stress on missing the flight. The resort really didn't seem like they had a alternate transport other than paying for a cab. That was kind of a sour note to a great trip.

Traveled to Disney Caribbean Beach Resort
Becky was very attentive to our needs. As a group who were traveling with friends many details had to be worked out cause there were so many opinions. Becky knew us as clients and worked with us to navigate park reservations and pricing amongst other things. Meal recommendations were fantastic. Her knowledge of the parks was amazing and greatly needed when making reservations. She was quick to call us back if she missed our call. After canceling a trip due to Covid in 2020, we finally went this past Christmas. She still worked with us for a long time to make sure everything was in order even checking on a room request for us. Def. Will use her again for travel reservations!!! Oh and her spirt was radiating!!! You could tell she loved her job by the way she spoke about it.
